When appropriate, he also consults with and refers patients to other health practitioners.

Like other health practitioners, Fred Zarow DC follows a standard routine to secure the information we need for diagnosis and treatment. He takes the patient’s medical history, conduct physical, neurological, and orthopedic examinations.  X rays and other diagnostic images are important tools because of the chiropractor’s emphasis on the spine and its proper function. Fred Zarow DC also employs postural, spinal or gait (how you walk) analysis to better understand your specific needs.

The fundamental treatment in most all chiropractic offices is the manual adjustment of the spinal column and other joints like the shoulder, knee and ankle. At Clinique Chiropratique Zarow, we also use massage, ultrasound, and electric therapy as well as heat and ice therapy. We might also apply supports such as straps, tapes, and braces.
